The interstices between non-hygroscopic tape, shield, armor,and sheath are filled with a flooding compound.

The cable is designed for underground (duct) or lashed to an aerial suspension strand in either exchange area service or trunk service.

Installation
|
ASP-FSF cable can be installed in underground (duct) or lashing.
